THE CLANS

BRUJAH. These vampires are commonly known as the rebels ,and they dress accordingly .A small minority of the Brujah are intellectual individualists, who are at odds with society. Within the Camarilla they are known as Rabble. The clan is very disorganised and very rarely meet. Quote " All creatures are of sentinece deserve to be free - it is our born right. When we overthrow this decadent system that attempts to rule us, we can over throw the system that rules the mortals as well. We shall be the saviours of the Earth "

GANGREL. These Kindred are able to shape-change into animal forms, such as a wolf or bat. Many are rustic in appearance and prefer a life of solitude.Each time a Gangrel shapeshifts he retains an animalistic feature. They are also very honourable. They have the nickname of Outlanders. Quote "The city is not our home. It is simply the only place where we are allowed to exist for long. Our people have lived in this purgatory so long and have grown dependant on the tainted blood of the mortals "

MALKAVIAN. All other Clans believe this vampire Clan to be insane, but in this, the Malkavians possess a unique wisdom. All the members of this clan have some sort of derangement. Be it multiple personalities, or something as simple as bad memory. They are also quite commonly known as Kooks. Quote " Madness you say! Do you fear me? are you afraid of what i might do, of whast i might say? What a fascinating reaction. Don't you find it somewhat encumbering?"

NOSFERATU. Hideous in appearance, this Clan lives apart from other Kindred, but hold secrets of many of the preternatural inhabitants of the city. They hide deep beneath the city sewers, gathering information which they use for there own nefarious purpose. They are also known as Sewer Rats. Quote "I don't look for trouble, but if it comes, I hide from it. Damn right pretty boy. You may call me chicken, but I ' ve known a lot of Kindred over the years who got smart just a few seconds too late. It's not like we can't die, it's just that it don't come natural any more.

TOREADOR. The Toreador belive themselves artists. They are often highly excitable, with expensive tastes and dressing in the latest fashions. More commonly though they are seen as hedonists, and pleasure seekers. They are commonly known as the Degenerates. Quote " I remember my first love, a beutiful woman with a silver laugh. For nine years we were constant companions, but in the end i had to let her go. She begged me to take her but i could not. You may call me cruel, but in the end i realized she was not a true artist, but an imitator. She was unworthy. I dont think i have ever recovered

TREMERE. These vampires are wizards. They are tightly-knit, and keep their powers closely guarded.It is beleived that there powers are so closely related to the blood they consume, they have gained a magical mastery over it. They have the nickname Warlocks. Quote "We must survive Gehenna and establish the tenets of the new world order once the horror is overcome. If we are to succeed, we must control the other clans. No more time can be wasted. If they cannot be convinced to aid us, they must be forced."

VENTRUE. Regarded by Themselves to be the leaders and saviours of The Camarilla, the Ventrue consider themselves to be descended from nobility, many are old-fashioned and tradition bound, and believe in good taste above all else.They are also well known for there meetings to contain nothing more than talk. There tastes are so refined that they can only drink one type of blood.I.E. Young Men.They are commonly refered to as Blue Bloods. Quote "The best way to get even with one's enemies is to outlive them. Because we are reasonable and above such petty concerns as vengance, we are the leaders among our kind. Our colleagues do little to support the Camarilla, so we must dear the burden alone"

The following three Clans are not part of The Camarilla, though some individuals have joined independently: Please note that these clans are not available to non Camarilla member. And require Storyteller approval.

	ASSAMITES. These vampires are originally thought to be from the Middle East and are the mercenaries and assassins among the Kindred, hiring out their services to the powerful. Their payment is in blood as this is the way they lower their generation.They are unable to drink Kindred blood . Quote " Hush and be still, O my enemy, It is nothing less than Fate which drives my hand, and you suffer no dishonor in falling to a superior foe
	GIOVANNI. These vampires are from a single Italian family,and they are heavily involved in all the corporate sectors throughout Europe, it is said that they worship death and that they practice the foul art of necromancy. It is also said that their blood contains a foul curse.
	RAVNOS. Gypsy blood runs thick in the veins of this Clan. They are masters of illusion,trickery and deceit. Commonly misjudged by other kindred they can in fact be trustworthy. They generally due to others misguided pre conceptions are not allowed to hold positions higher than prince. They are commonly known as Licks. Quote " Call me a vagabond, and i'll smile, Call me a thief, and i'll laugh, Call me a liar, and i'll feed you your liver."
